It's a video for that 'Hey There Vagina' parody off on the right hand panel there. The video was shot with one of these doohickeys:
which you can get for like $100 at Amazon, and seems fine for YouTube to me I guess. I don't know much about making videos, but this was kinda fun so thought I would share. Hope you enjoy it!

That, I actually don't know, sorry. . . She was just a friendly face from bigstockphoto.com (with royalties paid to use the photos in the video). Some day I hope to find a real model for a video shoot (and someone who knows something about shooting, editing and producing video too! ;) )

Search for 'happy swimsuit model', or maybe id: 511658 and you should find her.
I think I did the poster by downloading the biggest pic I could get and sending it off to Costco for printing (I think?). I gave it away afterwards, so I don't have any specifics on the size or etc unfortunately.
